Cancellation Policy
🧾 Hoarding Cleaning Policy 💬 Assessment & Quotation All hoarding jobs require an on-site or virtual assessment before a quote is issued. Pricing depends on the volume of debris, square footage, level of biohazard, and number of personnel required. Estimates include labor, supplies, disposal fees, and equipment use. 🧍 Safety & Health Our team reserves the right to pause or decline work if unsafe or biohazardous materials (e.g., needles, feces, mold, or animal remains) are discovered that require specialized biohazard handling. If such conditions exist, a licensed biohazard cleanup team will be coordinated at the client’s expense. 🕐 Time & Labor Hoarding cleanups typically require multiple days or crews depending on severity. Additional time beyond the quoted estimate will be discussed and approved before continuation. Heavy-duty hauling, appliance removal, or hazardous waste disposal may carry extra fees due to dump weight or permit requirements. 💳 Deposit & Payment A minimum 50% deposit is required to begin any hoarding cleanup. Remaining balance is due upon project completion. For large-scale cleanups, staged payments may be arranged per phase of progress. 🚫 Non-Cleanable Items Structural repairs, electrical issues, or plumbing restoration are not included but can be referred to our partner contractors upon request. Items damaged beyond cleaning or safety limits will be disposed of with client approval. 🧴 Aftercare & Maintenance Upon completion, we offer follow-up cleaning and maintenance plans to keep the space organized and sanitary.
