Cancellation Policy
π§Ύ Cleaning Service Policy To ensure a smooth, transparent, and high-quality experience, the following policies apply to all cleaning appointments: π Scheduling & Booking * All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. * Same-day service is subject to cleaner availability and may include an express fee. * A 2-hour arrival window is provided for all scheduled cleanings. π³ Payments & Deposits * A minimum deposit or card on file is required to confirm all bookings. * Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless prior arrangements have been approved. * Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, or major credit/debit cards. π Cancellations & Rescheduling * Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. * Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a $75 fee or 25% of the total service cost, whichever is greater. * Delays caused by lack of access (locked door, no key, or gate entry issues) beyond 15 minutes may result in a reschedule and fee. π§Ή Cleaning Scope * Cleaners will only perform tasks listed in your selected package unless additional services are pre-approved. * For safety, cleaners do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless arranged beforehand. * Areas with hazardous conditions, such as mold, bio-waste, or infestations, will not be serviced. π§΄ Supplies & Equipment * All cleaning supplies and tools are provided by our team, unless clients request to use their own. * Eco-friendly products are available upon request prior to the scheduled date. π Satisfaction Guarantee * If any area is missed or unsatisfactory, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. * We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. π« Liability & Safety * Our cleaners are trained, insured, and background-checked for your peace of mind. * We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed prior to cleaning. * For everyoneβs safety, we request pets be secured and valuables safely stored during service.
