Service Description

Every office layout is different, and our moving service adapts to each one. From executive suites to full corporate floors, we ensure a smooth transition with minimal downtime , handling labeling, disassembly, transport, and reassembly with precision and care. We will Provide moving essentials but excluding Boxes , Wrap, Tapes and container. Unless its discussed through negotiation. Scope of Work Includes: ๐Ÿงฉ Pre-move walkthrough and planning with the client ๐Ÿ“ฆ Organized packing and labeling system for easy setup ๐Ÿช‘ Disassembly and reassembly of office furniture ๐Ÿ’ป Safe handling of computers, printers, and electronic equipment ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Secure transfer of files, cabinets, and sensitive materials ๐Ÿšš Loading, transport, and precise unloading at the new location ๐Ÿงผ Optional post-move cleaning and setup support ๐Ÿ“ Note: ๐Ÿšš Items beyond the standard inventory โ€” including extra furniture, appliances, or heavy equipment โ€” may require additional labor, truck space, or time. ๐Ÿ’ช Oversized or delicate items such as safes, conference tables, or large printers may need extra movers or specialized equipment. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ Any overages or special handling related to stairs, long carries, or limited access will incur added fees. โœ… All charges are communicated upfront for approval to ensure a transparent, efficient, and stress-free move.


Cancellation Policy

๐Ÿšš MOVING POLICY At Move Clean Repair, we ensure every move is handled safely, efficiently, and transparently. Please review our moving policy below to understand how we operate: 1๏ธโƒฃ Scheduling & Availability โ€ข Moves are booked based on availability and confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received. โ€ข Any schedule changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees. 2๏ธโƒฃ Inventory & Additional Items โ€ข Our quotes are based on the item list and conditions provided by the client. โ€ข Additional furniture, boxes, or oversized items (e.g., gym equipment, pianos, safes) not listed in the original quote may require extra time, labor, or truck space and will be billed accordingly. 3๏ธโƒฃ Access & Parking โ€ข Clients must ensure clear access to the property, including parking, loading zones, and elevator reservations if needed. โ€ข Any delays caused by restricted access or waiting time may result in additional hourly charges. 4๏ธโƒฃ Packing & Liability โ€ข We handle all items with care, but Move Clean Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage or items packed by the client. โ€ข Fragile or valuable items must be disclosed prior to the move. Insurance coverage options are available upon request. 5๏ธโƒฃ Payment Terms โ€ข Payments are due upon completion of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing. โ€ข Accepted methods: cash, credit card, or Zelle. Unpaid balances are subject to late fees after 7 days. 6๏ธโƒฃ Cancellations โ€ข Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move will incur a $100 fee or 10% of the total estimate, whichever is greater. 7๏ธโƒฃ Safety & Conduct โ€ข Our movers reserve the right to refuse unsafe conditions, including hazardous environments or excessive clutter. โ€ข Clients and movers are expected to maintain a respectful, cooperative attitude to ensure a smooth experience. 8๏ธโƒฃ Damages & Claims โ€ข Any claim for damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours after the move. โ€ข Claims will be reviewed, and resolutions will be provided fairly and promptly.
