Professional movers expertly handle compact studio relocations — safely packing, transporting, and unloading essential furniture and boxes for a smooth, stress-free move. Cancellation Policy
🚚 MOVING POLICY At Move Clean Repair, we ensure every move is handled safely, efficiently, and transparently. Please review our moving policy below to understand how we operate: 1️⃣ Scheduling & Availability • Moves are booked based on availability and confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received. • Any schedule changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees. 2️⃣ Inventory & Additional Items • Our quotes are based on the item list and conditions provided by the client. • Additional furniture, boxes, or oversized items (e.g., gym equipment, pianos, safes) not listed in the original quote may require extra time, labor, or truck space and will be billed accordingly. 3️⃣ Access & Parking • Clients must ensure clear access to the property, including parking, loading zones, and elevator reservations if needed. • Any delays caused by restricted access or waiting time may result in additional hourly charges. 4️⃣ Packing & Liability • We handle all items with care, but Move Clean Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage or items packed by the client. • Fragile or valuable items must be disclosed prior to the move. Insurance coverage options are available upon request. 5️⃣ Payment Terms • Payments are due upon completion of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing. • Accepted methods: cash, credit card, or Zelle. Unpaid balances are subject to late fees after 7 days. 6️⃣ Cancellations • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move will incur a $100 fee or 10% of the total estimate, whichever is greater. 7️⃣ Safety & Conduct • Our movers reserve the right to refuse unsafe conditions, including hazardous environments or excessive clutter. • Clients and movers are expected to maintain a respectful, cooperative attitude to ensure a smooth experience. 8️⃣ Damages & Claims • Any claim for damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours after the move. • Claims will be reviewed, and resolutions will be provided fairly and promptly.
